Zonta Club of Niagara Falls, NY, hosts Thinking Caps and Crazy Hats Fundraiser

The Zonta Club of Niagara Falls, NY, USA, had its first in-person fundraiser, chaired by Marina Fern, since the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The fundraiser, entitled "Thinking Caps and Crazy Hats," featured: trivia games, appetizers, music and dancing, a huge basket auction and more trivia questions taken from brochures scattered on each table about Zonta, further getting Zonta's information out.

The club was surprised at the overwhelming response to the evening; not only did their long-time supporters miss them, but they thoroughly enjoyed the evening. President Josetta Chatmon gave a brief introduction to the club, its mission and its service work. She ended with the statement: "Zonta believes women's rights are human rights," garnering huge applause from the attendees.

The club is grateful to be once again able to share the word about Zonta and its amazing work. They are happy that the event ended on a great note.
