Zonta District 25 Area 2 expand efforts for International Women's Day

Zonta District 25, Area 2, continues to strengthen its commitment to women’s empowerment and gender equality through impactful initiatives, including the installation of three new Z and Youth Clubs, advocacy programs and educational support for underprivileged communities.

As part of its advocacy efforts, the newly formed youth clubs launched a program to raise awareness about child marriage, encouraging communities to protect young girls' futures and promote their rights.

In alignment with Zonta’s mission to support education, Z and youth club members have also begun teaching underprivileged girls and boys, ensuring they have access to learning opportunities and skill development.

Furthering its commitment to economic empowerment, the district successfully raised funds to donate a machine to Deepshika Training Center, providing underprivileged women with resources to achieve financial independence.
