Zonta Club of Miaoli brings art and healing to girls at St. Francis of Assisi Home

Each year, the highlight of social service efforts comes at the St. Francis of Assisi Home for Girls—a refuge for those who have endured violence or abuse. The Zonta Club of Miaoli, Taiwan, has long been dedicated to planning summer camps, visits and donations to bring warmth and care to these girls, encouraging them to overcome their challenges and pursue their future careers.

Their latest visit was filled with moments of joy. The girls shared pizza and fried chicken for lunch, followed by an afternoon of "color fluid painting." Through painting, the girls created unique, textured masterpieces—a creative outlet that fosters healing and resilience.
