Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte celebrates International Women's Day

The Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, celebrated International Women's Day by joining the Annual KInni-Kinni Parade, participated by different non-governemnt organiations including the Local Government Units and government offices.
