Zonta Club of Hualien II makes first appearance at AIDM with 12 members

The Zonta Club of Hualien II, Taiwan, led by President Daisy Chen, participated for the first time in the Asian Inter-District Meeting (AIDM), bringing 12 members to the event.

Beyond experiencing an international conference, the members deepened their understanding of Zonta’s core values. Through leadership inspiration and sharing sessions with younger generations, each participant gained meaningful insights and personal takeaways.

As part of the AIDM cultural program, the 12 members performed the dance piece "The Eighteen-Year-Old Girl is Like a Flower," capturing the audience’s attention with their graceful movements and lively expressions. President Daisy Chen also contributed to the performances, playing the flute in "The Moon Represents My Heart," receiving enthusiastic applause along with her fellow performers.

The group later joined the finale on stage, where they were again met with warm applause and encouragement.

Over the course of the event, members built strong bonds, forming connections that felt like reuniting with old friends and instantly connecting with new ones. Their shared values and mutual appreciation reflected the true spirit of Zonta.
