Zonta Club of Cebu I celebrates Lent with reflection

The Zonta Club of Cebu I, Philippines, recently hosted a Lenten recollection designed to offer members a space for reflection and spiritual renewal. Led by Sir Christopher Antonio Sagun, the program invited participants to contemplate their personal journeys and engage in thoughtful dialogue centered on the season’s meaning.

Held at a private resort in Punta Engaño—generously provided by Zontian and Past President Rufina Tanchan—the gathering also welcomed Golden Z members from the University of the Visayas Main Campus.

In addition to moments of reflection, the day featured lighthearted conversations, shared meals and opportunities to deepen fellowship. The event illustrated the club's commitment to both personal growth and community building, demonstrating how shared experiences can strengthen bonds and inspire meaningful connection among members.
