Zonta Club of Laguna welcomes new members and leadership for 2024–2026 Biennium

The Zonta Club of Laguna, Philippines, held its Installation and Turnover Ceremony at The Manila House in Bonifacio Global City, celebrating a key leadership transition for the 2024–2026 Biennium. The prestigious event was graced by U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay Carlson, who served as Guest of Honor, and attended by prominent Zonta leaders from Area 5.

The ceremony highlighted the formal induction of new members and the turnover of leadership from Immediate Past President Ancy Palma to incoming President Ann Matibag. The evening also recognized Palma’s achievements during her tenure, while Matibag outlined her vision for the coming biennium, reaffirming the club’s dedication to Zonta’s mission of empowering women through service and advocacy.

In her keynote address, Ambassador Carlson commended the club’s commitment to advancing gender equality and strengthening community leadership, aligning with shared global goals. Her presence underscored the international recognition of the club’s impact.

Distinguished Zonta dignitaries from Area 5 joined the celebration, demonstrating unity and support for the club’s continued success.
