Rescue turtles released and conservation efforts receive boost

The Zonta Club of Bangkok I, Thailand, along with friends of Zontians, released 50 rescued turtles back into their natural habitat and donated 30,000 baht to two environmental organizations during a conservation event at the Wat Khao Khok Reservoir in Nakhon Nayok Province.

The turtles, previously injured and rehabilitated, were returned to the wild as part of the club’s commitment to environmental stewardship and animal welfare. The group’s donation was distributed between the Earth Agenda Foundation and the Turtle Conservation Foundation to support ongoing efforts in wildlife protection and habitat conservation.
