Zonta Clubs of Taipei I and De Valle Verde celebrate new sisterhood

The Zonta Club of Taipei I, Taiwan, and the Zonta Club of De Valle Verde, Philippines, officially became sister clubs in a heartfelt ceremony.

From the first contact to the final celebration, the partnership came together in less than two months, with members completing all preparations for the program and dinner within just two weeks.

The event opened with a cello and violin performance of Vivaldi’s Autumn from The Four Seasons, symbolizing a joyful harvest and the blossoming of a new friendship between the two clubs. The ceremony concluded with an uplifting rendition of What a Wonderful World, capturing the spirit of optimism and solidarity.

With the dedication of members and the support of friends from both clubs, the sisterhood ceremony created lasting memories and marked the beginning of a new chapter in international exchange. Both clubs pledged to carry the spirit of sisterhood forward as they continue working together to build a better world for women and girls.
