Zonta Club of Hualien II co-hosts AI learning lecture

The Zonta Club of Hualien II, Taiwan, led by Club President Daisy Chen, co-hosted a lecture titled “AI Empowerment, Efficient Learning” in partnership with the Zonta Club of Hualien.

The event, organized by the Hualien County Government and planned by the Chao Li-Lien Foundation along with the Language Training and Testing Center, was part of a public service series aimed at fostering diverse English language skills. More than 80 participants attended the session.

In her opening remarks, Chen emphasized the importance of English proficiency for Zonta members as part of a global organization. She expressed hope that modern AI technologies could help bridge the urban–rural divide, allowing learners to access English education anytime and anywhere.

The lecture featured participation from GEPT (General English Proficiency Test), Taiwan’s leading English assessment system. Attendees were introduced to AI learning tools and engaged in hands-on practice. The session was described as both practical and inspiring, with participants leaving energized and equipped with new skills.
