Honoring tomorrow's leaders today

The Zonta Club of Tuguegarao, Philippines, proudly conferred the Zonta Leadership Award for the 2024–2025 school year to 25 exemplary members of the Z Club of Cagayan National High School (CNHS) during the school’s End-of-School-Year Recognition Program held on 14 April.

These outstanding young leaders have demonstrated a deep commitment to service, advocacy and leadership—qualities that define the mission of Zonta International. The CNHS Z Club, recognized globally as a Zonta International Emma L. Conlon Awardee, continues to raise the bar in youth-led initiatives, community engagement and women empowerment.

Club members, headed by President Liza Mora-Arroyo, were honored to present the awards and personally recognize their achievements and dedication. The ceremony highlighted the strength of intergenerational leadership and the club's unwavering support in mentoring the next generation of changemakers.
