Zonta Club of Dhaka IV inspires young members to lead and serve

The Zonta Club of Dhaka IV, Bangladesh, recently had the honor of welcoming District 25 Governor Zareen Delawar Hossain for a special club meeting and induction ceremony.

Held under the leadership of Club President Naheed Shaheen, the gathering provided an opportunity to highlight the club’s ongoing service and advocacy work focused on advancing the rights and well-being of women and girls in the local community.

Governor Zareen delivered an inspiring address, offering valuable insights and encouragement that energized members and reinforced the shared mission of the club.

A key moment of the event was the induction of two new members, formally welcomed into the Zonta family by the Governor herself. She personally pinned the new inductees and shared Zonta’s mission and vision, urging them to volunteer with purpose and dedication toward achieving gender equality.

The club expressed gratitude for Governor Zareen’s presence and guidance and reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to empowering women and girls through service, advocacy and fellowship.
