Authenticity through communication: Women's leadership

The Zonta Club of Alytus, Lithuania, invited the local community to an engaging discussion with communication expert Laura Dabulytė, centered on the theme "Authenticity Through Communication: Women's Leadership."

Zonta members encouraged participants to explore valuable insights on effective communication and engage in meaningful dialogue about women's leadership—the power to lead, inspire and create change.

Laura Dabulytė, who currently heads her own agency, Budinti komunikacija, hosts the country’s only radio show dedicated to communication, Aš jus įrašinėsiu on Žinių Radijas, and teaches at Vilnius University Business School, brought her expertise to the session. Notably, she is also the daughter of Rima Dabulienė, a member of the club, making the event especially personal and meaningful.

The club organized the event in collaboration with the Alytus Jurgis Kunčinas Public Library.

"Did you know that there are 70 leaders in this room?" Laura asked at the conclusion of the meeting—reflecting the number of women who filled the library hall, eager to expand their knowledge of communication and leadership.
