Zonta Club of Aparri holds Christmas party and inducts new members

The Zonta Club of Aparri, Philippines, gathered for a memorable evening for its 34th Charter Anniversary, Christmas Party and the Culmination of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

A key highlight of the celebration was the induction of new Zonta members, formally welcoming women who have chosen to advance Zonta International’s mission to build a better world for women and girls.The club also inducted the newly elected Golden ZFAS Officers.

The event also featured the culmination of the 16 Days of Activism. The club renewed its commitment to stand united in saying Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women and Girls not only during the campaign period, but every day through sustained advocacy and action.

The evening concluded with the announcement of the Area 4 Outstanding Club Merit Award, bestowed on the Zonta Club of Aparri during the District 17 Conference in Macau in September 2025. Although club representatives were unable to attend the conference, the recognition was proudly shared during the anniversary celebration, reflecting the collective dedication and unity of the club.
