Zonta Club of Alytus celebrates the holiday season

The Zonta Club of Alytus, Lithuania, marked the close of the year with a warm holiday gathering that celebrated fellowship, reflection and three decades of service. Held during the Christmas season, the evening brought members together to look back on the year’s achievements and honor the collective contributions that define the club’s spirit.

As part of the celebration, the club held its Alytus City Zonta Award nominations ceremony, recognizing the dedication, personal qualities and commitment of its members during the club’s 30th anniversary year. The gathering concluded with a special musical surprise when a guitar-playing Santa Claus—Martynas, son of Vice President Rimute Dabulienė—delighted attendees with heartfelt songs.

Continuing its tradition of shared cultural experiences, the club later traveled together to Vilnius to attend a ballet performance at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, reinforcing the members' bonds of friendship.
