Join us for a conversation with Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Sheryl WuDunn. Ms. WuDunn and her husband, Nicholas Kristof, co-authored the New York Times best-selling books, Tightrope: Americans Reaching for Hope (2020), A Path Appears: Transforming Lives, Creating Opportunity (2014) and Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide (2009).
The Pulitzer Prize was awarded to Sheryl WuDunn and Nicholas Kristof for their coverage of China, along with the Dayton Literacy Peace Prize for Lifetime Achievement. Ms. WuDunn’s other journalism prizes include the George Polk Award and Overseas Press Club awards. She has also won a White House Project EPIC award, the Asia Women in Business Corporate Leadership Award, the Pearl S. Buck Woman of the Year Award, and the Harriet Beecher Stowe Prize. Additionally, she has been a judge for the State Department Secretary’s Innovation Award for Women’s and Girls’ Empowerment.
